Purchasing a Firearm from M & H Classics
M & H Classics is a fully licensed Federal Firearms Dealer in the State of West Virginia. We will only ship firearms to other licensed dealers. We will not make any exceptions to this policy.
Once we come to terms on a firearm you are interested in purchasing, you will be responsible for sending us two things:
1) Your Payment - at this time, we are only accepting payments in the form of a United States Postal Service Money Order or a cashier's check. We do not take credit cards or PayPal.
2) A copy of your dealer's Federal Firearms License. This can be sent to us either directly from you, with your payment, or from your dealer. If your dealer is providing this copy, please be sure that they include your name and phone number with the license so that we know who it is for. Note that we will gladly accept (and, in fact, prefer) a scanned copy of your dealer's FFL by email.
Please note that you will be responsible for any fees required by your dealer such as transfer fee or background check, if applicable.
Shipping
We will ship your firearm to your dealer as quickly as possible, usually within two to three days of receiving payment. We will ship handguns by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We will ship long guns either by United States Postal Service Priority Mail or by UPS. All shipments will be insured for the full purchase price. Once your firearm has shipped, we will email you the shipping information such as delivery confirmation or tracking numbers. This will enable you to track your firearm during its transit to your dealer.
Returns and Refunds
Satisfaction is guaranteed with any firearm you purchase from M & H Classics. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you can return the gun to us for a full refund. The only requirement we have is that you promptly inform us that you intend to do so (within three days from the time it is received by your dealer) and that the gun has not been fired, disassembled, cleaned, or otherwise modified. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the firearm is not returned to us in the same condition that it was shipped.
Once you have picked up the gun from your dealer, please email us to let us know that you are satisfied. We like hearing from our customers!
West Virginia Residents
Please note that we must collect 6% sales tax for firearms shipped to a dealer/FFL with a West Virginia address.
